It is the policy of the Judicial Branch of the State of
Maine that:
Programs, activities, services and facilities of the
court system will be fully accessible to individuals with disabilities,
as required by fairness and justice as well as the Americans with Disabilities
Act, the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and the Human Rights Act.
If you require accommodations, auxiliary aids or services
in order to communicate or participate in the court system, please make
your request to the Clerk of Court.
Requests may be made in writing on forms provided by the
court.
Requests can also be made in person, by telephone or by other means chosen
by the requestor.
Copies of the following documents are available on request from the Clerk
of Court:

- The Grievance Procedure for people who have been denied accommodations,
auxiliary aids or service
