All filings must be sent to Fort Kent District Court, 139 Market Street, Suite 101, Fort Kent, Maine 04743. The clerk's office will assign cases based upon jurisdiction.

Disclosure hearings and FEDs must list the physical court address in Madawaska ( 645 Main Street Madawaska, Maine 04756) but all paperwork should be sent the Fort Kent District Court.

Any civil summonses issued should reflect the Fort Kent District Court address.

Parking: Park anywhere in front of main entrance

Directions: From Portland on I-95: Take the Houlton Exit 305 (formerly Exit 63) and follow Route 1 through Presque Isle, Caribou and into Van Buren. At the stop sign take a left onto Route 1 again through Van Buren, Keegan, Lille, Grand Isle, and St. David. You will be see the Gate Way Motel on the Left, Morin Cabins and Will's Motor Mart will be on the right. The Madawaska District Court is directly across on the left.
