         Wayne E. Tumlin, Esq., the court-appointed receiver, has filed under seal an inventory of the records received from Thomas Acker, Esq., and has recommended that his law firm be authorized to contact each of Mr. Acker's clients and notify them of the opportunity to either pick up their records or arrange for the delivery of their records at their own expense.  It is hereby ORDERED as follows:

         1. If either the Board of Overseers of the Bar or Mr. Acker object to the Receiver's recommendation, they shall file a written objection setting forth the grounds for their opposition on or before ten (10) days of the date of this order.

         2. If either the Board of Overseers of the Bar or Mr. Acker file a written objection as provided in the preceding paragraph, a hearing on the objection will be scheduled by the Court forthwith.

         3. If neither the Board of Overseers of the Bar or Mr. Acker file a written objection within the period established in paragraph 1, the receiver is authorized to have his law firm contact each of Mr. Acker's clients and notify them of the opportunity to either pick up their records or arrange for the delivery of their records at their own expense.
