This matter having come on for review by motion of the Board of Overseers
of the Bar, and by agreement of the parties, it is hereby ORDERED that James
A. Brunelle's Petition for Reinstatement to the Maine Bar dated March 12,
1993, is dismissed without prejudice. Upon submission of any subsequent
Petition for Reinstatement, in addition to the requirements of M. Bar R.
7.3(j), Mr. Brunelle shall be required to also submit an affidavit certifying
his satisfactory compliance with all of the conditions contained in the
Court's Order dated April 5, 1993, in this matter.
