This order amends JB-05-1, signed June 29, 2005, and effective August 1, 2005.

All Administrative Orders issued before June 1, 2005, have been withdrawn and are no longer in effect.

Administrative Orders beginning with the JB-05-1 will remain in effect until they are superseded by subsequent order or rule, or terminate pursuant to the terms of the individual order.
