Administrative Order, JB-05-23, Marking, Removal, and Disposal of Exhibits in Criminal Actions effective August 1, 2005, is hereby withdrawn and no longer in effect.   The custody of nondocumentary exhibits during and after trial or hearing in criminal actions is governed by Maine Rule of Criminal Procedure 53A.
