Appointment And Authority Of Acting Clerk Of The Supreme Judicial Court

ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER JB-10-2
Effective: December 7, 2010
Until further notice, it is hereby Ordered that, whenever the Executive Clerk of the Supreme Judicial Court is unavailable in the Office of the Clerk, Crystal Bulges and Rose Everitt shall each have the authority to undertake any actions that the Clerk is authorized to undertake by law, rule, or Supreme Judicial Court policy, and may sign, as Acting Clerk, any document that the Clerk is authorized to sign.
A copy of this Order will be placed on file with the Executive Clerk of the Supreme Judicial Court.
